All mugs presses must be preheated with a mug clamped in the element. Once you have removed the sublimated mug, put another mug in for sublimation or shut press off.
Failure to do so will cause the mug element to delaminate. This is the same as in all mug presses.
Warranty does not cover elements that have not been used with the instructions above.
